Everybody is in the same boat, trying to make sense of this world and find meaning. No matter how big or powerful they are.
As the modern philosopher Alain De Botton says:
‘My view of human nature is that all of us are just holding it together in various ways — and that’s okay, and we just need to go easy with one another, knowing that we’re all these incredibly fragile beings.’
It takes some courage to admit that nobody knows.
But only then can you start knowing and defining life for yourself.
